Flake graphite paper specifications mainly depend on its thickness, the use of different specifications of flake graphite paper thickness is different, generally, 0.05mm~3mm and other specifications, the thickness of below 0.1mm can be called ultra-thin flake graphite paper.
Flake graphite paper is divided into flexible flake graphite paper, ultra-thin flake graphite paper, sealed flake graphite paper, thermal flake graphite paper, conductive flake graphite paper, and so on. Different kinds of flake graphite paper can play their due role in different industrial fields.
Flexible flake graphite paper: refers to the natural flexible flake graphite paper or roll made of natural expandable graphite after high-temperature expansion. The thickness range is 0.025-0.10mm. Its specifications and density shall meet the following requirements: Ultra-thin flake graphite paper: refers to the flake graphite paper whose thickness is less than 0.07mm. It can be divided into less than 0.03mm, 0.03mm-0.05mm, and greater than 0.05mm-0.07mm.
Thermal conductive flake graphite paper: it has excellent thermal conductivity and heat dissipation performance, and has a certain flexibility. 5, Lightness: flake graphite paper is 30% lighter than aluminum of the same size and 80% lighter than copper.
6, Ease of use: flake graphite heat sink can be smoothly attached to any plane and curved surface.
