Low-sulfur petroleum coke is mainly used in three high-end fields: carburizers, graphite electrodes, and negative electrode materials.

Graphite can be divided into natural graphite and artificial graphite. They are similar but there are some differences.

Flake graphite is mainly used in refractory material. Graphite is non-wetting slag and has good thermal conductivity and toughness.

Natural graphite is derived from mines; artificial graphite is derived from coal and petrochemical by-products.

Earthy graphite is also called amorphous graphite. It is used to produce low-value products and is the lowest price among graphites.
